French as a second language Courses

IT'S TIME TO REGISTER!

The AFS French courses aim to provide students with experienced and competent instructors, using dynamic and interactive approach to teaching focusing to develop conversation skills and getting more comfortable in speaking French in a variety of situations.  Moreover, the students will get more familiar with cultural background from different French speaking countries or regions (France, Canada and others).

Maximum : 12 students per class

FLS / Beginner Class

Expected results:

By the end of the course, students will be able to:

Understand short and basic sentences in French

Use short sentences in a variety of familiar situations (salutations, congratulations, etc)

Students will have improved conversation skills, vocabulary and pronunciation

When:       Tuesday,  April 18, 2017 to June 6, 2017

From:       7:00 PM to 8:30PM

Duration: 8 weeks – 12h.

Take part in an everyday life conversation, as well as workplace and travel using short sentences:

Express ideas and use short sentences (using adjectives, adverbs, more vocabulary)

Students will have improved conversation skills, vocabulary and pronunciation.

When:       Wednesday April 19, 2017 to June 7, 2017

From:       7:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Duration: 8 weeks

Initiate and take part in a conversation on different topics

Express ideas and use more elaborate sentences (using adjectives, adverbs, more vocabulary)

Students will have improved conversation skills and pronunciation.

When:      Thursday April 20, 2017 to June 8, 2017

From:       7:00 PM to 8:30PM

Duration: 8 weeks
